No exclamation point for the title this time. One of the last of an expiring breed, CosmoGirl will close down forever after its December issue. Sad; no one should die in their teen years. Actually, CosmoGirl was a child of the '90s, and was only 9 years old.This leaves only Seventeen and Teen Vogue in the teen magazine genre, though CosmoGirl, like ElleGirl, will live forever(ish) on the web.
